I was charged for someone to come out and tell me he couldn't fix my car, it needed to go to a shop. When I took it to a shop, I found out that it could have been fixed by any competent mechanic WILLING to do the work. I tried to work out some kind of a refund sine their mechanic failed to do the work he was sent out to do and they ghosted me. Don't recommend this outfit, find a good local shop, the convenience isn't worth it if they waste your time in the end.

View on GoogleTobias was my mechanic. He was super nice and knowledgeable. My car was up and running by the end of the next day after sitting in my driveway for 2 months because I wasn't sure what was wrong with it but couldn't drive it to a shop. The diagnostic service is extremely well priced as well, every shop within 5 miles of me quoted me $120-$180 just to look at it, not even fix it but good hood only charges $90. I also didn't feel pressured into any services I didn't want. I'm seriously considering joining the membership program as well because of how great of a deal it is. If you're looking for fair, honest, and kind mechanics, GoodHood is the service to use! :)
View on GoogleThe mechanic came to my home conveniently and knocked out all of the major issues I was having with my vehicle. He replaced my starter, and radiator that had cracked, gaskets, and put fresh coolant in. The mechanic also came back and fixed the problem I was having with my A/C, now it is running ice cold. Will continue to recommend this company, thank you. It is very rare to find an honest and reasonable company like this one.
