They priced less than half of what Cueter or Midas quoted me for a repair(starter replacement) and got it done in 2 hours. They pointed out some issues I'm going to have down the line(my car is a beater) but didn't try to upsell anything. Professional service.
View on GoogleAs far as greeting I didn’t I stopped by to get a quick check on my car and noticed the difference in how customers were treated. The person before me was greeted warmly, with conversation and laughter. When it was my turn, the energy completely changed — the attitude was distant, almost like I was an inconvenience. I understand being busy, but a welcoming attitude takes no extra time. I ended up taking my car to another shop up the road where they diagnosed and fixed the issue in under 20 minutes. A little courtesy goes a long way.
