Brought our truck in for a safety airbag system problem. It is an intermittent problem and doesn't leave a code in any log. When we drove it to the dealer the dashboard was clear of any errors, no check engine light, no nothing. They plugged in a device to our truck an suddenly the check engine light came on and they had some random codes. When I tried to dispute this they said look at the check engine light, that wasn't there until they plugged in. When I tried to tell them the reason we were bringing the truck in, the safety airbag problem, they refused to listen and would not document that problem. They only would work on the codes that their device had generated. I should have left with my truck at that point, my bad. Then they called me a couple days later and told me I needed a new battery. The same battery that started my truck with great vigor in my driveway so I could drive it to the dealer. I foolishly agreed to let them replace it, In the hope that it might fix our safety airbag problem. It didn't fix anything and it cost me over $500. Scam enterprises.....

Horrible customer service! Took advantage of a senior. Kept his car for over two weeks and never actually fixed what needed fixing. Extremely rude and no comunication. always out to lunch and wont call back. So disappointed but reading the reviews , I see we arnt the only ones that were taken advantage of. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
