It is hard to find a shop you actually trust, but these guys are great. They handle everything from my older 2009 Silverado to our brand-new 2025 Sienna without any issues.The staff is genuinely kind, straight up about what actually needs fixing, and they never push unnecessary extra work. Their turnaround is also really quick—every time I bring a vehicle in, it is done faster than expected.Just really good, honest people doing solid work. I definitely recommend them

Once again Auto Lab has knocked it out of the park! I will always bring my vehicles here for an honest assessment of any issues. The last time I brought my car up for an exhaust concern - I was told that there was a place up the street that could fix it sooner and cheaper because they bend their own pipes right there and I would have to wait days for parts if they fixed it. That right there is why I always come back. An honest answer regarding what needed to be done! That is priceless at a mechanic shop! So when my power steering went out while I was driving, Auto-Lab is exactly where I went. Turns out my entire rack and pinion plus the power steering fluid system needed to be replaced. I received my quote via text with all of the needed work itemized with the anticipated charge. You then check the boxes of what you want to proceed with, sign it, and send it back to them. No talking to them (although if you wanted further explanation you can always call) so there was absolutely zero pressure about what to do. I find it so off putting when I go for car service somewhere and I am told that everything needs fixing right this minute by some guy mansplaining to me why it has to be done today. Auto-Lab is not that type of place at all! Ladies, you can feel comfortable taking your vehicle there for repairs because they will give you the information you need and explanations you ask for so you can make an informed decision about what you will have them complete without them trying to get you to spend your life savings. The fix did take a few days but only because they had to wait for the OEM parts to arrive. I love that they use the actual parts that go with the car instead of aftermarket. However, if this is not your style - please be sure to tell them up front so they don’t order them because I think there is a restocking charge for returning them. That is common for car parts as they can be large, heavy, and expensive to transport. As soon as all the parts were in, they fixed it right away and when I picked it up, the steering was perfect!! Here is the funny part - I had never made it up to Guardian Car Care to have the exhaust fixed because they are a first come, first served type of place - no appointments - and I work 12 - 14 hr days starting at 6am. That just does not work for me. So Auto-Lab ended up fixing that too with a very reasonable price for all of the work that was done. Most of the charge was due to using original manufacturer parts. Now I have my car back and I couldn’t be happier! Many thanks to everyone at Auto-Lab for all of your help and expertise! My 20 year old car is very thankful too. With the help of everyone there, I hope to have it for at least another 10 years! I highly recommend Auto-Lab and will continue to bring my vehicles there for any work that needs to be done.

Took my truck in for a hanging tailpipe. They were unable to fix it as it was an aftermarket exhaust system. No charge, they could have charged me for their time but didn’t. This was my second time dealing with Auto Lab. Extremely satisfied with the service I received. I will be going back should the need arise. Thanks again

Have 2 Chevy Blazers with the temp sensor gauge not working. One was repaired at auto lab for 1100 dollars the other was repaired at Guardian Car Care repair facility for 750 dollars. Guess we’re I’m goin from now on. Auto Lab was extremely more expensive and charged me for things I didn’t even need. Guardian Car Care was excellent, they don’t over charge like Auto Lab. 350 dollars more for same job. And even though Guardian was very busy they still got my vehicle repaired in record time.
