If I could leave a NEGATIVE I would! Frank, Hallie, Hunter and Drew are AMAZING! Lenny should be fired! I’ve had my car in there this year more than I’ve driven it. Check engine light, throwing codes, batteries draining for no reason, my displays shut down while driving etc. This place can’t figure it out but when the service manager tells you he will be with you in 30 minutes and doesn’t show and the service writer calls him and he’s yelling so loud you can hear the conversation and tells her to make me take the vehicle nothings wrong with it and to basically deal with it! That’s beyond ridiculous! My windshield was cracked when I picked it up from another service issue and it was there over a month he wouldn’t talk to me about that either. I picked my truck up a few weeks ago and someone hit something with it or it was hit and yet again Lenny wouldn’t talk to me. Thank God for Frank in the body shop! He buffed it right out. If you need your vehicle serviced DO NOT GO HERE! If you need body work Frank is the BEST!

Somehow my first review got deleted. Was there for 25 to 30 minutes walking in the lot for a new truck. All my work vans are Chrysler so I figured I'd give him a shot but service was horrible.No one came out to greet me so I went to the Ford dealer and least a new truck there. Love my new Ford!
View on GoogleWe will never do business with this place again nor would we ever refer a friend or family member! I had a gut feeling once my lease was up to not purchase my vehicle from them! We didn’t have the greatest experience while leasing so what would change by purchasing! I should’ve listened to my gut!!! Omg it was even worse! They are extremely deceptive on every & all levels only to make a sale! Do yourself a favor if you are reading reviews on here believe those with a negative rating!! We’ve experienced all of those negative ratings & then some!
View on GooglePaid for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. The tires were not rotated, the air pressure was not checked, wipers not checked(rear rubber was hanging and it was marked green) and fluids were not topped off(radiator fluid 2 inches below min mark). Service advisor Haillie attempted to make it right by rescheduling another appointment. Unfortunately, I lost trust in this service department, I will be going elsewhere.
View on GoogleWent in for a scheduled oil change, was told it would be 2+ hours even though I had an appointment. I was out of there in an hour. Totally exceeding my expectations. Jolene my service advisor was incredible. So helpful and thoughtful and with so much energy. I wish I had half her energy. She was always smiling and very polite. I will only deal with her in the future. Great job Jolene!!!!
