We used Varsity Lincoln Collision Center to repair bumper and rear camera damage on our Navigator. They were wonderful to work with, from start to finish. They were very transparent about the pricing and the timeline for completion, and both fell in line with our expectations. They were flexible with a loaner vehicle because we were already a Varsity customer, which was a great touch that was not expected. We hope to never have damage to our vehicle again, but if we do, we'll surely use Varsity again!

I took my vehicle to Varsity Lincoln for bodywork after hitting a deer and I cannot recommend Taylor enough. I spend time on the phone with many other dealership collision centers. Dealing with vehicle damage is usually a stressful experience, but Taylor made the process seamless she was professional, transparent about timeliness, and kept me updated every step of the way. When I picked up my Acadia it looked brand new. If you want your vehicle handled with care and precision, ask for Taylor. I will Definitely be returning because of customer service. Thank you Varsity and Taylor.

I brought my vehicle in for several things. I was greeted pleasantly and professionally and they were more than happy to serve me. They kept me updated and that was much appreciated. As you can imagine, this is a stressful time for the customer but I was quickly put at ease and the process was seem less.
