I rarely write reviews, but Al and Mike at Big Ray’s absolutely deserve one. I’ve been coming here for a while, and every single visit reminds me why I keep coming back. In fact, I’m bringing them a dozen donuts today just as a small thank-you for how well they’ve treated me over the years. Al and Mike are the definition of honest, trustworthy professionals. They always take the time to explain things clearly, recommend only what is actually needed, and consistently help me find the best deals available. At a time when many places seem focused on selling you more than you need, these guys are refreshingly honest and straightforward. Mike is also an excellent mechanic. Whenever I have questions or concerns about my vehicle, I know I’m getting a knowledgeable and truthful answer—not a sales pitch. Good service gets your business once. Honesty, fairness, and consistency earn your loyalty. That’s exactly what Al and Mike have done. I trust them completely with my vehicles and recommend them without hesitation to family, friends, and anyone looking for an oil change or automotive service. Thank you, Al and Mike. I had a great experience at Big Ray’s Quick Lube. Al, the owner, was very helpful and honest throughout the process. He explained the different oil options, checked my air filter (which he said didn’t need replacing), and looked at my transmission fluid. He told me what it would cost to change it there but also suggested I compare prices with my dealer, which I appreciated. He also checked my cabin air filter—something I didn’t even know about—and when he pulled it out it was very dirty with mouse droppings inside. He explained how that air circulates in the car and recommended replacing it. He even scented the new filter with lavender, which made the car smell amazing. Overall, the service was quick, informative, and easy. I highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience at Big Ray’s for an oil change! Al was absolutely fantastic—super friendly, professional, and really took care of me. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and got me in and out quickly without feeling rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. My car was overheating and the staff was so helpful! They treated me like family and jumped to help me. I'm not from this area and was stranded. They diagnosed the issue as a stuck thermostat and fixed it within an hour! This business saved me hundreds on a tow bill! I cannot recommend this business enough! Al, Josh & Dixon did a great job on our 2021 Jeep today! Not only did they do the oil change, they did the transmission maintenance needed, plus other items on the 80K mileage list, also tire rotation, for about half the price estimated elsewhere. They started working on the car right away, and it was done in 30 min. They are all super personable & friendly there too, answering any questions, very knowledgeable, so overall it's a great experience. Thank you Big Rays Quick Lube for taking great care of our Jeep!
