Just picked up my car after paying to have a coolant leak repaired. I drove to pick my daughter up from work and while parked I notice a huge puddle under my car. Currently waiting for a tow truck now to have it sent back to the shop so that it can hopefully be properly repaired this time. This has caused me to be inconvenienced in multiple ways.

View on GooglePlease don’t go to this place. They don’t deserve one star. This place is a fraud! My daughter and I had an awful experience. This guy named Casey tried to sell us someone’s car. Tried to forge someone else’s name and the car we almost bought had all kinds of trouble! We brought it home and it wouldn’t start. He tried to convince us it was nothing major or nothing to worry about. But it was a crap car . The Secretary of State would not transfer me the title because it was a fraudulent car. We got our money back, but was made to feel we was the problem. He and another man were yelling at us. We did threatened to get the police involved to get my money back, which we did. How are they in business?!
View on GoogleThey were friendly and reassuring at the beginning, but after they had my car, the situation changed with higher charges and vague explanations. It felt very dishonest. I also witnessed the owner being rude and disrespectful to their neighbor.
