I've been taking my vehicles to Elias for years, And I take my Mom's car there, Too. He doesn't just sell new & used tires. Him & his technician do general auto repair,also. He runs his business the way you would expect in a small town. Honest. Trustworthy. Fairly Priced. Work is completed as quickly as he can (Obviously, depending on how big the repair is) He goes over & above for his customers both new & existing. As long as I continue to live in the Westland/Garden City area, I will continue to take all the vehicles in our household only to him. Personally, I highly suggest others do the same

Elias was incredibly friendly and never pressured me into unnecessary upgrades; instead, he honestly pointed out a few safety concerns and worked with me on the pricing to make the repairs affordable. Ladies, please be cautious when considering this place. I went in to get four used tires. The owner offered to plug one tire for $25 and sell me three additional tires for $65 each. I asked for five minutes to think it over and consult with my husband while he was in the process of plugging my tire. Just two minutes later, he came back and told me he would finish plugging the tire but that I would need to come back another day for the other three. When I asked why, he said it was because I couldn’t decide quickly enough. I explained that I only needed a few minutes to make an informed decision, but he became impatient and unprofessional. At that point, I told him I would take my business elsewhere. He then said they were closing at 2 PM, even though Google states their Saturday hours are until 4 PM. It also took about an hour just to complete a simple tire plug. When I mentioned leaving a review, he said he didn’t care because he gets plenty of business, but then suddenly offered to waive the fee for the tire plug. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. In my opinion, good customer service requires patience and respect for customers, especially when they are making purchasing decisions.😩

We went to check to see if we had a leak in our tire. We woke up one day to have a completely flat tire. We aired it up. We went to run errands. We found this shop while in the area. Come to find out, there were no leaks or holes. Elias was a complete gentleman. Thank you sir for your honesty and excellent service.
