Purchased a 2023 Suburban with a rebuilt title from USA 1st Place Auto. Since I live in Kentucky, I was naturally a little nervous about buying a vehicle from out of state, but the experience exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, communication was excellent. Their team was knowledgeable about the paperwork required to transfer the title to Kentucky and made the entire process smooth and professional. When the vehicle arrived, it looked fantastic. The only issue was that the sunroof and interior lights weren’t working. I contacted Liz, and she immediately jumped into action. She helped troubleshoot the problem, identified the issue, and had the replacement part shipped to me within a few days. Of course, it would have been ideal if everything had been perfect upon arrival, but mistakes can happen. What really matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. In my experience, USA 1st Place Auto handled the situation quickly, professionally, and without hesitation. I’m extremely happy with how they stood behind the vehicle and couldn’t be more excited to have our new-to-us Suburban. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.
