Lost 600 dollars now have to pay again to get the work that I wanted done. Came in to get turbo lines replaced this place was recommended per my warranty explained that turbo lines seemed to be leaking and my check engine light came on. Due to holiday I new my car wasn't going to be seen right away or soon. Then when got the call stating it was just sparking plugs and coil that need to be changed ok fine payed to get those changed but when left lot car still wasn't giving power as to when it started. Kept noticing still losing acceleration power then boom check engine light came back on. Not only did I waste money on a service that wasn't covered nor what I wanted to be rechecked but now it never solved the problem really sad that I spent wasted money 😨

Arrived without an appointment. Left my keys. They called me within the hour as to the replacement needed for my exhaust system. Car was fixed and ready to pick up within a couple of hours. Runs great! Extremely friendly owner and receptionist!

I called ahead and Steve was excellent had me come in on Saturday (no appointment) mid morning, it was done within 2 hours. Everything has been working as intended no issues! Will be returning 100%.
View on GoogleFor almost 20 hrs I have been a loyal customer, taking several of my vehicles to the different Redford Autos for repairs as well as referring my children's and friends. Last month for the first time I went to the one closest to my home since the weather was so severe. Something was leaking from my car and there was a strong smell coming through the vents that cause difficulty breathing. I was told I had a valve gasket leak. After the repairs I noticed my car was still leaking and the smell was still present. I kept and eye on it thinking it was maybe burn off. I took the car back and they said nothing was leaking and that it was residue on the rails. I was told to bring it back if it continued when they weather was dry. Today March 4, 2026 I went back and showed Steve the photos. I'm a senior and don't drive daily but I made sure to put a clean fresh leaf bag under my car in my garage the evening before hand to check for leaks. Again I was told no leak was found. I inquired about the strong smell coming through the vents still and was basically insulted. He stated something about burn off, pistons, residue on the rails and that my car has 190k miles and I should start saving for a new car. So basically I paid to repair a leak and a strong smell coming through the vents that are still occurring. Redford Auto is about to lose a loyal customer.
