I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pioneer Collision Center Body & Paint LLC shop. From the beginning, communication was poor, and promises were repeatedly broken. They did not relay the truth to us rather hid information. I was given inaccurate repair timelines, and each time I called for an update, I received conflicting information from different staff members. What concerned me most was the lack of professionalism. Phone calls were not returned, and if returned, they were too late; questions about the repair process were brushed aside, and I often felt misled rather than helped. The overall experience felt dishonest and disorganized. I thought that, due to the # of stars, I would be in good hands; however, I do not believe that. Instead of taking responsibility for mistakes, the staff appeared more interested in making excuses and collecting money from me. Charges were being made daily without my consent or notification at a high $XXXX. Thankfully, we decided to tow our vehicle to a more honest location; the $ would have increased daily without my knowledge. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop to others and would encourage potential customers to carefully research alternatives and not be misled by Google reviews with almost 5-star ratings. It is best to look elsewhere before deciding to go with this company. There are so many better auto collision shops that will best serve you with the integrity you deserve.

Pioneer Collision Center Body & Paint LLC did an amazing job on my vehicle. Angel and Abe were professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. The paint and body work came out flawless, and my car looks brand new again. Excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship from start to finish.

THE BEST!!!! As a female I would recommend, I had the pleasure of being serviced by DJ (he is amazing and customer service skills is what every company needs). I’ve even learned a few things about vehicles while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced, and had the most comfortable/most welcoming energy from all the staff. I was even given a coupon to Texas Roadhouse coupon from Angel, she was very very nice. I highly recommend this shop it’s a one stop shop.
