I had a great experience at Hess Express! They changed my oil and replaced my cabin air filter, and the whole process was quick, easy, and professional. Everyone was friendly, explained everything clearly, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary services. It’s nice to find a shop that’s honest, efficient, and takes good care of their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

No matter how busy they are, they take the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle. They are incredibly honest and trustworthy. They don’t try to sell you repairs you don’t need or take advantage of customers who aren’t car experts. Their diagnostics have always been accurate, and they work hard to find the most cost-effective solution rather than the most expensive one. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this is one of them. They are dependable, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping their customers. We actually moved about 15 minutes farther away, but we still make the drive because we trust them that much. If you’re looking for a mechanic who will treat you fairly, stand behind their work, and always have your best interests in mind, I highly recommend them.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they were doing and check for any other issues. My car feels great, and I really appreciated the honest, no-pressure approach. View on GoogleHands-down, best oil change I’ve ever been to. They do not try to pressure you into buying anything. You don’t need. The customer service is outstanding. They also give you snacks and an air freshener while you’re waiting and out of the kindness of one of the technicians hearts gave me a free light because mine was out. They really go above and beyond for their customers I used to just go to any oil change, but now I will only go here. Amazing job thank you guys.
