I was referred to Don's Garage by Camp Muffler on Wayne Rd. While my 2011 Ford Escape was up on the hoist the Camp mechanic called me out of waiting room saying you need to see this... The Sub-Frame was badly rusted! Called Don & had a Great 1st conversation. He felt it best to properly assess the overall vehicle condition to determine if it was worth spending the money. The decision was made to swap out the Sub-Frame. We Took the car in 7am Monday morning. Work was completed & car returned on Tuesday... They did what the said they would do. They completed the work in the timeframe and at the price agreed to at the outset. A Great Team & A Pleasure to Work with! Don's Garage is Highly Recommended!!

Really cannot recommend this place enough. This is the first mechanic shop I’ve visited since moving to Westland and it’ll probably be the only one I go to for the entire time im living here. Called this morning about an engine issue, and despite being short on staff at the moment and having a huge workload, I was told to bring my dinky ride in so they could check it out. After determining it was an easy fix, they wrote me up a bill to do it on the spot (which I had desperately needed!!) and got to work. I also got to watch them purchase the necessary part right in front of me, so I had absolutely zero worries about any funny business with regards to price. Everyone was nice and friendly as well. Definitely take your business here if you’re looking for something trustworthy!
