These guys are great. I’ve had my daughter take her car there several times and they’ve always been honest and upfront with me and what repairs are needed and any additional cost that they’re possibly could be. great customer service and great quality work would definitely recommend.

Been coming for over 2 years now. I usually work on my own stuff, but not having a lift, limited modern tools, age, and sometimes its just worth the money to have someone else do it. The latter I like the most based on the extra attention to vehicles brought in and potential issues that a second set of eyes can bring. Either I'll tackle myself, or they'll set up a new appt. Modern shop with old school feel. Not too many around with personable folks, either!!

I can't speak for any of the mechanics but the man running the front desk was extremely rude to me. I stepped inside and told him my concern. He said I would have to bring it back in the next day and drop it off. Okay so in the meantime I ask a couple of questions. He reiterated that it would have to be dropped off. I said yes I know but I was just wondering if you knew about XYZ. He seems to have a fuse that lasts about 15 seconds. He then said something rude to me like" gee what am I doing wrong here" the translation is like G why are you so thick-headed didn't you understand what I said the first time? As in here you have to drop the car off which I acknowledged I just thought he could answer a couple of questions. I wasn't in there more than 3 minutes maybe. I definitely appreciate a business owners time I didn't plan to go on for 10 or 15 minutes about the question it was brief. For making that first comment I thought I'm not sure that I want to come back but I did come back the next morning and again got the same rudeness. I was trying to be polite because I could see again they were very busy already. I stated that I had some other concerns I would like to discuss in addition to the reason for the initial visit. I'm not psychic so I was referring to him to either say hey I don't have time today or hey go ahead shoot tell me what's on your mind or hey we'll have to discuss that another day or whatever. I was glancing around the office for a pen and a paper and thought I would mark them down and give him the note to give to the mechanic and then if he had time great if he didn't I could come back or whatever. The guy is just looking at me with the annoyed face and again makes another rude comment the same one that he made yesterday. The comment was something like GEE I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M DOING WRONG HERE. I said is there a reason you're being so rude to me? He made some comment rolling his eyes like rude??! He then holds up his hand with a pen in his paper staring at me like wow you're such a dummy. I said I'm sorry for my vantage point. I don't see that you had a pen or a paper I was looking back at him to answer me like yeah just mark it down on a paper man or hey call me later or hey I don't have time for this right now or whatever. A simple" yep I got a pen and paper go ahead tell me your concerns" would have sufficed. Since I saw that he had a quick fuse the day before I was trying to be overly polite like is it okay to tell you these things, do you have time etc. he then exclaimed YEAH SORRY THIS ISN'T GOING TO WORK after my feeble attempt to explain I was just waiting for you to tell me yes go ahead yes please give me a piece of paper no sorry I don't have time to listen to this today or whatever. I said yeah I don't think this is going to work for me either. I've never seen a person in a business get so annoyed so quickly over something so trivial. Had I been in there for 25 minutes droning on and on being intrusive, demanding, impolite, I could have seen it, but I was literally between the two days, not in there for more than a total of approximately 4 -5 minutes . My gut told me the first day don't go back the second day. I tried to chalk it up if maybe he had a bad day which we all do. It definitely was a mistake going back the next day.

Really great, honest shop. I highly recommend them. Mechanics you can trust.
