The worst customer service.., I was told to come in Sat morning at opening for quick service the Friday before..came in first in line Sat and told by Osmand who said he was asst. Manager it would be a long wait they had prior appointments..felt like I was lied to day prior and Manager Osmand was rude and unwilling to help...I just left to pay for tire repairs else where. ..I feel like Osmand was one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered and will never come in to any belle tire. Again. ...Update went to a different store and paid to have my tires repaired that I bought at this Belle Tire location less than 6 months ago..Belle makes a claim to repair but dosen't step up and treats customers like straight garbage.. NEVER AGAIN BELLE TIRE....

Originally went to Costco for a small nail in the treads of the tire, and they said they weren't able to patch it and gave us the work around... Went to Belle tire instead with no appointment and they got it patched in an hour and didn't even charge us! Excellent service, will be returning for all tire needs in the future
View on GoogleCame in for my work fleet vehicle to get a scheduled 15K mile oils change and maintenance through MAP. I gave Alex my keys and the maintenance schedule chart stating services to be done. I left with no oil change and no maintenance checks. When I realized an oil change wasn’t done, I then uncovered they charged my employer for two front tires because “it was approved”. Mind you, I came in for an oil change. When I asked what was wrong with the front tires to even change them without asking me, I couldn’t get an answer. To make it even worse the Assistant Manager Osman Javed delivered the worse customer service, shifting blame as if the maintenance schedule chart didn’t give clear enough instructions on what was to be done.
View on GoogleFaster than most locations. Got 4 tires, one of them the bead was leaking and they had it done within an hour and a half. Mind you this was at 8am and they were booked with appointments. Had a little problem with my trim being smushed, 20 year old car I know what it is, manager took care of me. Much appreciated.
View on GoogleWith an appointment, I waited 2 1/2 hours. First set of new tires for my Tacoma, 40k with original factory tires. I leave and notice the tire light is on the dash. Right away, I call them up. They tell me to drive it for a couple days, if it doesn't reset, bring it back for a hard reset. So, I couple days later, they look at it and need to replace a tire sensor. $110. Mechanic tells me the sensor was missing?? Where did it go?? It was there working fine before this experience?? I pay and leave. Next day, I notice the tire he worked on had 39psi with a missing cap!! Door sticker is 32psi. Terrible experience, they are a big zero star place.😡
