I would like to share a special thanks to Steve at Auto Accessories USA and his staff. After 2 weeks of my car burning oil excessively, and me being told from another establishment that I needed a cam shaft position sensor (which was just unplugged) I was referred to Steve, who later found out my Tiguan needed a motor replacement. Steve's professionalism, expertise and availability provided me to get back on the road. Thank you so much to Steve and his staff. He gave me this, " Auto accessories USA" as a contact. They did not disappoint! They did a thorough inspection of the car that I was considering buying and gave me honest feedback. I appreciate so much the attention to detail that they provided and their honest feedback. They squeezed us in at the last moment on a Friday afternoon. They were completely flexible and so accommodating. I would give this place a 10 out of 10 any day of the week!

Best damn auto repair shop! In Westland. Took my baby in for all new struts,rotors and pads on my 2015 Chevy ss sedan. A1 service no one will never touch my ss but them! Fast friendly professional service. And damn good pricing. Taking my F-350 here in a couple days. Thanks Steve

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from this repair shop. We brought in my 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC300 programming work, expecting the issue to be properly diagnosed and resolved by professionals who claim to have the expertise to handle this type of vehicle. We are a collision shop, so this place came recommended. Unfortunately, that was far from my experience. After paying for the programming service and picking up my vehicle, I quickly realized that the original problem had not been fixed at all. The car was doing the exact same thing as before, which immediately raised concerns about the quality of the work performed. At that point, I had no choice but to seek help elsewhere. When I took my vehicle to another shop, I was informed that the programming previously done was incorrect. This confirmed that not only was the issue left unresolved, but the work performed by this shop was done improperly from the start. Because of this, I was forced to pay a second time to have the programming corrected—something that should have been done right the first time. Paying twice for the same repair due to someone else’s mistake is completely unacceptable. This situation caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and additional financial burden that could have easily been avoided with competent workmanship. I made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the owner, hoping they would take responsibility for the error and offer some form of reimbursement or accountability. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed, and no effort was made to correct the situation or make things right. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to stand behind their work is just as concerning as the initial mistake. This entire experience reflects poorly on the shop’s reliability, integrity, and technical capability. Customers trust repair shops to provide accurate diagnostics and quality repairs, especially when dealing with specialized programming on vehicles like a Mercedes-Benz. That trust was completely broken in this case. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop to think twice. Based on my experience, the risk of poor workmanship and lack of accountability is simply not worth it.

This is a family owned business and you can really tell by their quality of work and hospitality. I was greeted quickly and was told I could have a window tint appointment the very same day. These guys also tinted my other car a couple years ago and the quality of the tint is still holding up. So far I've had two cars tinted by Doug, the window tinter at this facility. Doug is incredibly nice and does amazing work. If you're looking for a nice family owned business that really cares about how they treat their customers and their quality of work, this is the place to go. I cannot recommend this place enough.
