Went here for years good people good affordable products until I had a 2019 ranger, I tried to get 4 decent used tires he only had 2 so I bought them for the rear and he told me get ahold in a couple weeks. Well this was several months ago and I've called several times and no tires for the front and the last time I called he told me I should look somewhere else, ok bet you just lost my business permanently you made no effort to get 2 tires so yes ill go somewhere else. Do not come here if you have a ranger or 265/65 R17 tires they won't get you any, but I went to discount tire in white lake and guess what im getting after 1 visit yupp front tires. Thanks warehouse for telling me to go to a real tire store that helps.

Great staff at both locations. I went the Pontiac location first, and we told them that we needed to get two tires replaced quickly for my son to drive back to college. They did not have the size tires we needed in stock, but did a check at their Waterford location and sent us there. I did not get names here, but they we prompt and really wanted to ensure we were taken care of. Upon arriving at the Waterford location, they knew we were coming (the Pontiac location informed them, showing great communication between locations, for the customer). An awesome young man named Spencer, checked both tires and informed us that we only needed to replace one of the tires…he did not want to sell us something we didn’t need! 🤯 The team replaced the tire quickly at a reasonable price. What a wonderful and HONEST establishment with such integrity. I highly recommend Warehouse Tire and will not go anywhere else from now on! Thank you Spencer and Warehouse Tire team, you’re all amazing!
