My experience was a 12/10 I came to this location as a woman because I had read the positive reviews about how respectful and informative Al was. He lived up to the reputation! Very helpful, no scare tactics or pressure based gimmicks! I was out in under 15 minutes, and I only paid $80 for the oil change PLUS extra quarts of oil as I was very low.
View on GoogleStopped in for an oil change and tire rotation; however, I only needed the oil change. The guys checked and my best tires were already on the front (which is best for FWD in the winter). Thanks for saving me $40. It's a 10 minute oil change place but it took only about 8 minutes. They checked everything and topped up all fluids. I couldn't be happier. I really appreciate the fact that they didn't try to upsell me. Gave me a coupon for today's visit and for a future visit. I will be back! Thanks a lot!!!

But the integrity in their work that these gentlemen put into my Jeep was astounding. They are very dedicated to customer service. If you're looking for a place that you can trust to work on your vehicle, you need to come to the 90s. Oil change in Waterford I guarantee you will never need to go anywhere else 💯% Thank you, gentlemen for your hard work. It is greatly appreciated.
View on GoogleI told the guys that work here that I couldn't afford any extras, just the oil change. I got zero pressure from them. They were super nice and were done quickly for a great price. They noted on my receipt things I should get as I can afford them... Like a transmission flush, etc. I'll definitely be back.
