My BMW X7 was rear ended while I was at a complete stop in traffic. At first glance it didn't appear that the damage was as significant as it turned out to be, which was over 10K. Both the shop mgr and lead mechanic were excellent in walking me through all the damage, which in part included a complete rear bumper replacement, some sensors and the muffler system and more. This was an insurance claim and my deductible was waived. I was very impressed with their service and communication, both in person and over the phone. I believe their work to be impeccable. I highly recommend this collision/repair and vehicle maintenance shop.

Excellent service- quality of work is phenomenal. Communicative through every step of my car getting fixed. My car actually looks fresh off the lot! So incredibly grateful to have my car back in a reasonable amount of time & this team is stellar - especially Lamar and Lorenzo! I genuinely cannot say enough great things about this place. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had getting my car serviced. Lamar was incredibly attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They did an AMAZING job fixing my front bumper. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail here is unmatched. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I left feeling so grateful and impressed. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone without hesitation!

These guys are really really good at what they do. The 'dealership collision shops' I have gone to in the past have ALWAYS frus-trated me with their 'take a number' treatment of customers... not these guys.. at all. Such prompt service and communicative business practice! They did the tear down and sent estimates to my insurance within 24hrs of dropping the car off...the deductible waiver is another great bonus here. (Unfortunately, my car was deemed a total loss, so no comments on repair quality. But I'm sure I would not have been disappointed if they fixed up my car). Will recommend the CRS to anyone IMO.

I took my Genesis GV80 in for some bodywork on 2 panels after an oopsie! Shopped around for quotes and this place was prompt and very reasonably priced with their quote. The car was finished before the quoted timeframe , for the quoted price and looks great! We arrived a few minutes after closing to pick up and they were very kind and accommodating to us. We will be returning to this business for any future work needed.
