I recently brought my 2013 Volkswagen Passat TDI with just under 150,000 miles into Steve’s for them to assess the car and do general maintenance. Specifically the timing belt. Since I’ve owned the vehicle I haven’t found someone I trust to work on the car mainly because it’s German and a diesel on top of that. After meeting with Nick Sinadinos and going over the long list of things they suggested addressing, he helped me prioritize the list and what I could hold off on. I felt like he was suggesting what he would do if it was his car and he was in my situation. I appreciated that. Shortly after I got the car back it started having issues with the def system. Not ideal but it’s a 13 year old car and it wasn’t something they had worked on. I got the car back in there and they addressed the issue quickly. Last night at 9pm I went to go pick up my car from Steve’s and the keys weren’t where I was told they would be. Miraculously after hours I was able to reach Jordan and Nick and they moved heaven and earth to get someone(Sabashtin, great guy) up there to get my keys. Their attention to detail and their focus on customer satisfaction is second to none. Steve’s has me as a lifetime customer!

I recently purchased a 2019 Range Rover Sport HSE Dynamic that needed some maintenance servicing done. My vehicle needed a new drive belt and alternator belt replacement. Sebastian at Steve’s Automotive gave me a reasonable price for service and got my vehicle repaired and back on the road in less than 3 days. The communication was fantastic during the repair process. They checked the belt alignment and the pulleys while they were performing the service. Overall, the process of their business is smooth and transparent. Very respectful and honest business. Will be bringing my vehicles to Steve’s in the future.

I recently found Steve’s European Automotive and will not go elsewhere. Had a headlight issue that Jordan and the wonderful team diagnosed and repaired at a great price! They went above and beyond and saved me hundreds of dollars vs going to the local dealer. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here regardless of the make or model! When you walk in your a greeted immediately by Sebastian (who always has a smile!) or one of the other friendly and customer focused team members your come across! They all go above and beyond to help solve the issue you are having. I overheard several conversations where they all explain in detail the issue and offer options to the customers that don’t break the bank. I will continue to tell my friends and colleagues about the wonderful experience I had.

It's not too often that I sit down to write a customer review. This is mostly because it seems quality and respect have evaporated from most of the automobile service industry. I took my '01 TT Quattro Mk1 to Steve's European Automotive in May 2026 for a timing belt replacement. The work was completed in a little over 1 week, and when picking up the vehicle I was pleased to see the estimate did not budge (and they addressed a leaky washer fluid problem at no cost.) Working with DJ, I was shown the aged belt along with an explanation of how they wear and walked through the details of the job. Lastly, I ended up in the parking lot talking cars with the owner, Steve (nicest guy you'll ever meet!) With all that said, I just wanted to say thanks to the team. You guys have a formula that simply works… and in this day and age, it's pretty rare. Cheers!

It is very easy to lose faith in an automotive repair business when things become challenging. I had an issue with my Rover that seemed unsolvable. They never gave up. Jordan bent over backwards to make this right for me. He was calm, communicative and understanding even when my frustration level was high. The mark of a truly good business is not how they handle the smooth experiences… it is how they handle the challenging ones. They really prevailed with me. Steve’s is the epitome of a well run family business and they have earned a customer for life. Thanks again for going the extra mile!
