I love Sam’s auto. I’ve been bringing my cars here pretty much since they opened. Everyone is very nice. They never try to price gouge or talk you into stuff you shld do to you car etc… it’s what do you need done, they do it and if something is noticed they’ll mention it but no pressure in fixing it that day. Miss seeing Sam around. A great place all around l.
View on GoogleSam lacks the communication skills to run a business like this, we have had a car in this shop for 7 months and there was very poor communication between us and shop. We came into the shop to pick the vehicle up and there was a huge misunderstanding between Sam and the front office and he came in hot and lost his mind at us over what he thought was us not wanting to “not pay the bill” and he was screaming and losing his mind about it it when that was never discussed. We walked in and had a small conversation with the front office about her life and lack of sleep. We were given the price of around 300 dollars. Then we were given the price of 687 for work that was not authorized by the owner of the vehicle. This is very disappointing and we won’t be coming back to this. The discrimination against someone for Sam’s perception of my friend being “poor”.
