Safety Auto - My family and I have been getting service from this company since around the mid 70’s. I moved from West Bloomfield several years ago but my sister still lives in the area. When we saw their location on Willow road closed we thought that they were done. Parents are gone but my sister is still living in the area. When I googled Safety Auto on the 12th and found out that they moved to another location on Elizabeth Lake road by calling their number I had a very nice conversation with the owner David D. They took care of my service today with very little wait. The young lady at the counter Alli was so helpful and knowledgeable, as well as being so nice!! I can’t tell you how happy my sister and I are knowing that this company is still in business!! Christopher Byberg

My air conditioner was on the fritz last week. It wasn’t blowing cold and then eventually was just hot air blowing out. Fast forward about 5 days.. I was leaving for work and my car died at an intersection 🤦🏼♀️ I could not get it to start back up. 😭. I had my car towed here after a recommendation and I read a lot of great reviews. I spoke with Ally before and after my vehicle was dropped off. Within a few hours and an inspection from two of their mechanics, she called me back and went over everything throughly with me. The prices are reasonable, and the customer service was fantastic! 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again! 😁

After a failed experience with a dealership in trying to get my mother’s car repaired, I turned to Safety Auto Center Inc.. For over a year and a half, Safety Auto Center has worked on three different vehicles that I have brought to them or sent to them. In every instance and with every vehicle, communication has been excellent and all the vehicles repaired are running well and in perfect order. As a customer, I see working with a mechanic as a collaboration. I understand that I share responsibility for the successful repair of a vehicle. The staff at Safety Auto Center Inc. are a pleasure to collaborate with and I do so with total confidence of a positive outcome.

View on GoogleJust a reminder don’t go here. Just wanted to tell everyone you guys said I cut my own catalytic converter in half and I’m out 1100 plus the tow 100$ . Dave is not a business man . They ripped me for 1200 total and my truck sat for 42 days . Bug run around how my truck was different then all the other rams. Would have got me for 5k . Took it to all tire . One day back on the road. I’m gonna do this annually to remind you rip offs.
