If I could give 10 stars I would. When I read the reviews I knew Bob was the man to see about my Equinox and he sure lived up to it. He was professional and fairly priced but above all he was extremely kind and genuine. That's what stood out the most is you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. I don't normally feel compelled to leave a review but he exceeded my expectations. Thanks Bob!
View on GoogleIf I could leave a 10 star review I would! Our transmission stopped working during a very difficult season in our lives (not that there's ever a great time) and we were at a loss. Multiple tow trucks and a quote of $6000 was just the tip of the iceberg. We ended with Bob at reliable and he lives up to that name and more! He was fast, friendly and was able to fix our problem without a new transmission and for a fraction of the price! If you have any transmission problems I urge you to give reliable transmission a call, you wont be disappointed!
View on GoogleHave called up here quite a few times to try to set up an appointment for a dodge Dakota (doesn’t go forward or backwards when in gear) since like April when we had our last cold snap for the year. Haven’t been able to make an appointment to bring it in, keep getting told they are booked and to call back in a week or 2 and will not make an appointment for me. Guess I’ll be going elsewhere kinda sucks because they are highly recommended in the area. I guess that’s if you can even get in the front door.

We had a great experience a few years back and have since moved to Birch Run. We came down specifically to see Bob when we had another transmission issue with my other car. I can’t recommend Bob and Reliable Transmission enough! He even wiped down the dash. Lol. Thank you Bob! It really needed it.
