First time customer: Kevin and Rob were a pleasant change from other encounters I’ve had in the past with auto repair shops. They were professional and friendly people to work with reminded me of times gone by when a hand shake meant something! They repaired my wife’s 2022 blazer it was as good if not better than the factory. Plus Kevin found a way to save money from the estimated!! Thanks again for a great job!
View on GoogleI went to Petrusha and Sons Car Repair on Airport Rd today to get some work done on my car, after them having been recommended to me by a car guy I knew . I had been to two elsewheres to get an estimate for some work that I needed done, but Kevin at Petrusha's was amazing. He fixed the problem and charged100's of dollars less than anyone else had estimated. When I got back in my car after the work was done I cried with relief and had to sit there for several minutes so I could see to drive - a dangerous situation was fixed and I didn't have to sell my firstborn to do it.

View on GoogleThere’s no good time for a car collision, but someone wasn’t paying attention and hit me in July during the worst possible time in my life. I’ve got a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe with 193,000 miles that I’ve kept it in great shape & have paid off, and even though I could drive home from the accident & most damage was cosmetic my insurance still totaled the vehicle. I recently become the sole person responsible for my mom in a nursing home in West Bloomfield, and I was also in the middle of the mortgage process (so getting a car loan was totally impossible). I could keep the vehicle and get a “salvage title“ with a smaller insurance payout (the totaled amount wouldn’t cover a reliable used car), but I learned a lot of shops won’t work on vehicles with salvage titles. In come Petrusha & Son’s to save the day! I told them all I cared about was having a functional/reliable/road-legal vehicle, I did not care what it looked like at all so long as nothing dangled off. They were able to repair several things in house to keep costs low, and sourced great used parts for the rest. In a few weeks I was back on the road in my own car, and not only is it running exceptionally well, they took time to make it look as good as they possibly could!!! When we picked up my car on 8/18, Kevin was there and walked us out to show us the final job. To say we were impressed is an understatement, and I cried happy tears as I pulled out of the parking lot and drove home to Oxford. Thank you thank you THANK YOU to everyone at Petrusha & Son’s, you’re all wonderful and did an outstanding job!!!!!
