Muffler Man auto service staff are BY FAR, the MOST PROFESSIONAL & HELPFUL team that I have visited.. The staff goes out.of their way to make sure your auto is safe for the road and the service is time sensitive. I am a satisfied customer and HIGHLY recommend their service. My family is very happy! They took the time to put my grandson's car on the play road. Thanks guys for all that you do in our community.
View on GoogleMitch did a fantastic job on my 1969 cobra. The exhaust was hung properly and straight. He did the work quickly and efficiently and very cost-effective. I would highly recommend Mitch. He definitely is a car guy! Treated my car with respect and was very kind. I highly recommend him and Muffler Man in Waterford.
View on GoogleI needed my exhaust system repaired and due to the make and model of the car, standard parts were not readily avaliable. As a walkin. These folks understood the issue and while I waited removed the offending parts and installed new parts that were on hand, while I waited and for the price quoted. Very reasonable. Fabulous!
View on GoogleTrying to get an appointment took a bit of time but Hans was able to get me in during the week of Christmas. I did bring my own parts since I was going to repair this myself, but I figured I would leave it to the pros. It is a first come first serve type of place. I would call first thing and check wait times, then show up asap. I had a bad flange spring on a 2010 Honda Crv and they were able to get it out and get me back in the road in an hour after it was in the bay. Will be going back for a muffler replacement in the spring. The attached pictures was what my issue was. It also resolved my PO420 check engine light as it was leaking before the second oxygen sensor.
View on GoogleDropped it off 30 minutes before they were about to close. Next day 30 minutes after they opened. They called me and my card flex pipe was fixed and sounded wonderful. Great service and very hard workers.
