High Tread Tires

*****BUYER BE AWARE. DO NOT BUY***** Purchased 2 pre-owned Continental tires from High Tread Tires on eBay. Both of the tires I received had been repaired and one of them had a side wall repair and could not be mounted because there was a leak and not safe to drive on. Reached out to seller regarding replacement and or refund and was told that their disclaimer states that they sell repaired tires and none of the tires they sell have side wall repaired (not indicated on the tires I bought), clearly this was a lie and a violation of their disclaimer. Now the seller wants me to now drive to FedEx to ship the tire back before they can process my refund. I've asked them to schedule a pickup but they are refusing to do so and wants me to pay for shipping! I will be taking legal action under the deceptive Trades and Practices Act regulation of they don't resolve!

Had tires put on my Corvette. Job was said to take 1 hour, but actually took 4 hours. Got home and walked out to 3 of the 4 tires flat the next day. After spraying soapy water, found the valve stems were leaking (replaced all the valve stems, but no luck). Took the tires back in to find they hadn't installed them properly. In addition, my rims were pretty beat up after the installation. They weren't perfect beforehand, so not the end of the world, but something to be aware of.

I’ve probably said this 100 times already, but this place truly deserves every bit of a 5-star review. The customer service is always top-notch, the wait times are incredibly fast, and the prices are more than fair. Every visit is smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. I honestly wouldn’t trust taking my car anywhere else for tire needs. It’s rare to find a business this consistent and reliable nowadays. Highly, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These guys are GREAT. I've bought 3 sets of tires from them. One like-new set and two used sets. Excellent service and product every time. During one of the times I came a small issue that came up and they handled it like pros and were 100% professional. This is one of those places that you can tell truly cares about their customers and their experience with them. I highly recommend them. You can't beat the value and with their customer service and professionalism on top....it's a winner all day. Shout out to Spencer and his manager from my latest visit. Bought a set of tires on eBay and they didn’t work out for me so I sent them back Via FedEx . eBay had opened up a return for me because when I had asked for a return label, they refused to give me one so I had to go through eBay directly nevertheless, the tire had to be sent back by 15 January. I had a family emergency in which my family member got very sick with cancer and I was incredibly tied up so I couldn’t send the item back until around the 22nd, the item was sent back FedEx. They received the item and they refused to give me my refund because they said that it was outside of the return window in which was set by them and eBay for the 15th. I had not returned it within the 10 days they allowed me to return it so they kept my money and they kept the tire they claimed they have a 30 day guarantee for money back yet. I was only given 10 days in order to return the item I purchased the tires around December 31 and it was returned on January 23 when I message them through eBay. Somebody messaged me back and said sorry we’re not giving you a refund because you didn’t send it back on time. I am incredibly disgusted by this business practice of keeping the money and keeping the tire. I don’t know if the owner reads these reviews but if he does, and if he’s a stand-up guy, he will rightfully return my money that I worked very hard for at this time. I have nothing positive to say about this company, however if the owner gets involved and things are changed, then I would be more than glad to take off this review and revise it and write a good review but as of now this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had on eBay dealing with the seller, I’ve never dealt with the seller. That’s been so petty like this to not give me a refund even after they got the merchandise back and unfortunately, I can’t contact my credit card companies because it was purchased through Venmo. If the owner reads these, and you will still stand by your company and offer me a refund On the review and it’s the same name through eBay. Rez Parviz
