Gerry's auto care has saved my butt time and time again when it's come to my vehicles. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel confident in always relying on them. It's always a pleasure to be there while they work on your vehicle if need be. Good couches and coffee and cookies, Mike and Gerry are so friendly in conversation as well. All around great people and great business.

View on GoogleI needed my tires rotated but the tires had locks on them. I couldn’t find the tools needed to unlock them. I was told by 3 different tire companies about my problem and all of them said they wouldn’t rotate my tires. The mechanics at Gerry’s Auto Care on Dixie Highway took the time to search my car and found the original tool needed to unlock the tires. Normally, it is way more expensive to remove the locks if you don’t have the key for the tire locks, but Gerry’s Auto Care was very honest about finding the key and did not charge me the higher rate to take the locks off and complete the tire rotations. I was very thankful for their help because my times were supposed to be rotated about 8 months ago. Everyone at Gerry’s Auto Care is friendly, the customer service is amazing, the prices are great. I would highly recommend checking them out the next time you need service for your vehicle. Sherry

View on GoogleAll of the guys are personable, honest, and know their jobs. They are my go to for the car I love. They are top notch. They know you by name and the service you need is explained by exhausted parts that they show you needs to be replaced. The waiting room is fully stocked for free, drinks, snacks and they have gorgeous flowers out front. Best in Waterford. You can be in and out for a complete oil change. They are well above the Dixie Strip. Stop at Gerry's first, get your quote. I am sure you will get the best price and honest work which is hard to find these days. Thanks guys.
