After getting over charged and lied to by a place I trusted. I took my chances with Complete Auto Center Pro and I'm very pleased with my decision. I needed a water pump and timing chain which was a huge job but Louie and his crew had it done in a few days. I really appreciated how He kept me posted each day sending me photos/videos explaining the process. I've never had a mechanic treat me like a friend instead of a checkbook. TBH I don't trust car Mechanic especially dealerships. Until I met Louie and that's the honest truth. I recommend this place to anyone in the area that has vehicle issues or even need a simple oil change. Louie and Larry are your guys. 5 STARS!

Reliable, friendly, fair, professional, honest, and competent. They did a complete front end brake job on my 2015 Subaru Outback a month ago, using premium quality replacement pads and rotors for $350 less than the Subaru dealership quoted me for OEM parts and shop labor. I specifically requested premium brake parts, which only cost me $50 more than their standard job quote. I used their shuttle service, so I could wait at home. This is the second time I've had them do a complete brake job on my cars. I've been very satisfied both times: with no problems and no regrets.

We took our car here because the horn quit working. We were charged $120.00 since they had to check the electrical. They called and told us we needed a new horn... The owner told me when I went up there to get the car he told me I can order a horn and do it myself. Took the car to another shop. They checked the electrical. Fixed a wire and the horn worked. Complete auto center charged us for a service I feel they did not complete. If they did they must be incompetent.

I had to bring my car in to check for a/c leak.. thankfully no leak! Lou and the guys took excellent care with my car.. they topped off all my fluids after checking for the a/c leak…will be bringing my business to this shop as my car is getting older and will need repairs in the future. I have to give a shout out to Luciano… the best doggie in the car repair business. These guys treated me like family and I won’t forget that! It’s difficult to find a good car repair shop and I do not give reviews lightly. Thank you Lou and the hard working mechanics at Complete Auto Center!
