I have nothing to say but great thing about my visit today. Initially came to change rotors and brake pads on the rear of my Ford Taurus SHO, to my surprise they also checked the front as well and noticed a problem with my front rotors that I wasn't noticing; Hozaifa showed me photos of the issue and explained thoroughly the problem. I always prefer to take care of the issues right away before they turned into something worse and to me, safety is priceless. Hozaifa explained what they were going to do step by step with clear instructions and even applied awesome discounts for my visit saving me more than $500 today. Spending the day at the shop I saw how good care they take of clients and their vehicles and I noticed great passion for cars, they gained a returning customer and will always recommend their services. Excellent experience with Car Fix Auto Repair and Jonathan, the owner. They worked on both my Jeep Rubicon and my daughter’s car and did a fantastic job. Honest, knowledgeable, expedient, and very fair with pricing which is hard to find nowadays. Communication was great throughout the process, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing quality work and taking care of their customers. We finally found our trusted car expert. These are the best guys in town! Honest, trustworthy, and won't take advantage of you just because you're a woman. I had a transmission issue and they diagnosed it and were honest enough to tell me I'm under warranty and to get the dealership to get it fixed for free. Would recommend this shop to anyone for friendly reliable, and affordable service. Keep it up, there's not many people out there like you left. Thank you for being awesome CarFix! Called when I noticed my tire pressure dropped to 9. Belle Tire down the road was drop off only and I expected to have a hard time calling around but when I called Car Fix, I spoke with a real person right away, and they were able to check it out within ten-20 min, no drop off required, with a full parking lot. amazing service. They filled all my tires, and patched the nail right away! The waiting room is comfortable and tucked away in case you have a long wait, mine was not long, but very comfortable and extremely good customer service and people. Thank you so much for your help! It just got very snowy and I feel much safer driving around :)
