If you need work done on your car, you have to go to Car Aid in Waterford. Brian and his team are phenomenal—very professional, honest, and the shop is immaculate. They really got me together and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
View on GoogleI found this excellent place after looking for six months for a car mechanic in the area. Brian fixed my trunk in less than 15 minutes and did a great job. I came back a couple weeks later to have my new passenger side taillight assembly installed. Again, Brian helped me out and so did Carl with the whole process taking less than 20 minutes. I am so happy with everyone at Car Aid because they are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them for all repairs. I will always go to them first before any other auto repair place. Thank you so much!

View on GoogleStopped into this mobile shop today after having a bad tire on my trailer. Worked with Benny — he came right out, cracked jokes, and was happy to help the whole time. Told me to go settle up with his manager, and even the manager was great and wished me a great day on the way out. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. Huge thanks to these guys for getting me back on the road so quickly. Definitely recommend using them!
