I took my car here not knowing what was wrong with it and they figured it out quickly and got it fixed right away. They did a great job communicating with me what they were doing through every step of the process. They were also super friendly and helpful.
View on GoogleStaff is super friendly and the tech I talked to was very knowledgeable, but communication is lacking and I feel like they gouged me fairly deep. Took the car in on a Thursday for a misfire and they said they would contact me Saturday. I called near the end of the day and was told call for an update on Monday. Called again and was told they'd give me an update by the end of the day but it never came. Called back on on Tuesday and they were working on it. Turned out to be just a cracked plug so they replaced it and the ignition coil. Problem was they didn't confirm a quote before they completed the work and charged me $160 for a solitary coil. Even base NGKs MSRP at like $60, and it's not like it's a performance vehicle so I'm not sure why they said they decided to go with one so expensive. Overall not my absolute worst auto shop experience, but I do feel like they were scummy when it came to money. But the job is done and done right, and again the staff was very friendly.

Luckily, we made our way to Auto Lab and had the pleasure of meeting Issac, manager of the car center. Although never a previous customer, Issac treated us as though we were longtime clients; guiding us with honest opinions and quality results. He and his crew are a true asset to the community!
View on GoogleBrought 2 of my cars here, and they were able to get them in and work on them the same day. Prompt and quick service. They let you supply your own parts but won't warranty it unless they sell you the part. Will continue to bring my vehicles here.
View on GoogleAfter calling around to every car repair shop in a 10 mile radius I went with auto lab to get my water pump and timing belt done. I spoke with James throughout the time my car was there and he was very knowledgeable and updated me on each step of the process as they were working on my car. They had the cheapest price in the area I searched and also had a much better parts and labor guarantee than most of the other shops with a 2 year/24,000 mile guarantee. I would highly recommend, especially after taking my car to many places in the area in the past I would not even consider going anywhere else to get work done on my vehicle.
