Fantastic customer service. Had an inspection done on an old vehicle and their report was extensive and honest. Due to a shop coupon, They didn't even charge me a dime. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
View on GoogleBrought my car in because my power steering hose busted. Unfortunately, they were the only shop near me able to work on my car at the time all the other shops weren't able to for another week. They originally wanted to charge me 1500 just for the hoses. Which I know is Alot just for that. Then, the next day they called and said while replacing the hose the seal broke and now is in need of a whole new power steering pump bringing my total to 2100. After telling them I couldn't afford that they came back with a cost of 1762. I said fine only because I need my car back ASAP and had no other options at the time. After getting the break down cost. The cost for the original problem was $146 in parts and $639 in labor. So how was I gunna be charged $1500 for that to begin with? Also I shouldn't of had to pay for something that broke while they were working on it.
