Bought a used AS IS 2011 Lincoln MKT from these guys for super cheap! Needed a ton of work (new transmission, tires, suspension components, ETC) Zach and Matt were VERY honest and extremely forthcoming with the problems with it… It’s all completely fixed now! The reason I bought it is I didn’t want to become an indentured servant to another auto loan!
View on GoogleWe were looking for a Ford Edge and found one at DM Motors. Came down from Saginaw to test drive and with hopes of buying. We were already pre-approved for the loan. Car turned out to be exactly what we wanted and Matt our salesman was great. He expedited the process quickly. We looked at all the great cars they have. We had a rental and Matt was awesome at arranging on dropping off rental and hitting the road in our new car. Great experience, and would definitely shop for car again at DM Motors! Thanks Matt!

We needed to return our car rental and they were so kind to pick us up and bring us back to their business so we didn’t have to pay for another day of car rental. They were very friendly and caring. Excellent customer service too! If you are looking for for a used car, I highly recommend DM Motors
View on GoogleAfter buying my vehicle here, I took it in to a highly rated auto repair shop. There were many major safety problems that had to be fixed…$2100.00. Apparently the engine light code had been cleared before I purchased the vehicle. So, guess what? The light came back on, and it’s a problem with the transmission, another $3000.00. Don’t let me forget, that 12 month warranty that comes with every vehicle…it’s going to cost you $2000.00. It’s true they are very nice and friendly, but are severely lacking in honesty and integrity. These required repairs are causing a heavy financial burden on me. I’m not angry with anyone but myself, I was stupid for not having a mechanic check the vehicle out, all the problems are my fault.
