I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. After sliding off the highway into a ditch, my car wouldn’t restart and was towed to this shop based on a recommendation from the towing company’s secretary. I was initially told my fuel and vent lines needed to be replaced and was quoted about $1,000. My car remained at the shop for over two weeks after being promised sooner. When I was called to pick it up, I told the guy I would pay cash and he just told me 1k out the door. After I arrived a couple hours later, I was informed another part was needed and the total was now approximately $1,250. I only had a grand, was going out of town but they allowed me to take the car and pay the difference later. I hadn’t even left the parking lot before I heard a loud grinding noise. They must not have test-driven the vehicle after the repair. The fender liner in the wheel well had been damaged and was grinding on the wheel. A mechanic came out and cut up the liner so it wouldn’t continue to grind. Later that same day, I noticed parts hanging underneath my car. When I looked underneath, I found both rear brake lines, the new fuel line, and the new vent line hanging loose. The brake lines had simply been secured with zip ties, and the fuel and vent lines were hanging because the retaining bracket had been broken and never replaced. I fixed this myself, but while I was under my vehicle, I discovered that one of the engine mounts had also been damaged. I expected that when I took my car to them to be repaired that if they would’ve found something like this and shared it with me during their inspection. A few weeks later I started getting EVAP system and gas cap error codes and messages. After investigating, I discovered the vent line had never been reconnected to the vent solenoid during the repair. That means the fuel tank now has to be dropped again just to reconnect something that should have been done the first time. Mistakes happen, but multiple issues on the same repair—including not test-driving the vehicle, leaving critical lines unsecured, and failing to reconnect the EVAP vent line—make it difficult for me to recommend this shop. I ended up paying for repairs that were incomplete and now have to spend additional time and money correcting them. Attached are a few pictures. The one that’s missing is with the zip ties. Update in response to the owner: Yes, this is an older vehicle and I wanted to repair it as economically as possible. That does not mean I asked for shortcuts, incomplete work, or lines to be left unsecured underneath the vehicle. Nobody told me anything about break line issues. That could have been a critical safety problem. My review is not about expecting collision repair from your shop. It is about the work that was actually performed. The brake lines were secured with zip ties, and the bracket that should have held the lines in place was broken and not replaced or properly addressed. I finally had time to look for the leak in the EVAP system. Thinking something old had broken, I purchased a cheap smoker to help me find the leak. I discovered the vent line that your shop installed was never reconnected to the EVAP vent solenoid. That is directly related to the repair that was done and now requires the fuel tank to be dropped again to correct it. Regarding the remaining balance, I did fully intend to return and pay it. After finding multiple issues with the repair shortly after leaving the shop, I lost confidence that the work had been completed properly. I do not believe it is unreasonable for a customer to question paying additional money after discovering that the repair was incomplete. None of the additional cost was communicated to me until pickup. The age of the vehicle and the fact that I wanted an economical repair do not change the condition the vehicle was returned to me in. I posted photos so people can see the issue for themselves and make their own decision.

I had a brake pad self-disassemble itself mid-drive. After calling around to a couple different shops, Moe told me to come right in. He and Alex got pads and rotors swapped out in under 30 minutes and for $150 less than my next lowest quote. I am incredibly pleased and impressed and plan to go back.
View on GoogleVery kind and polite staff. They were able to fix my power steering without trying to upcharge me on a bunch of stuff I did not need. I explained my situation and they were very quick to get me back on the road. Definitely got a life long customer out of me. Will be back for all my car needs!
View on GoogleAlex and Moe are the best!! My husband and I took our Jeep in to get the headlight changed. Alex didn't have the right headlight so he had to get one from Murry's. We waited about 20 minutes and they only charged us for the light not the labor. I wasn't expecting that and it caught us off guard. Their service is truly amazing and i will always go back.
