I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Weingartz was disappointing from start to finish. I brought my Cub Cadet mower in for a warranty repair through Tractor Supply. The repair process took nearly a month, and throughout that time communication was inconsistent. I had to provide my contact information multiple times and often found myself following up for updates rather than receiving proactive communication. To make matters worse, I was told I would need to pay for pickup despite the repair being covered under warranty. This created confusion and frustration after already waiting weeks for service. The most disappointing part was the customer service. When I arrived to pick up my mower, I approached the counter and was greeted by an employee who remained focused on his phone and immediately told me to “back up” because he was busy. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no effort to provide basic customer courtesy. After waiting nearly a month for a repair, that interaction left me feeling completely disrespected. The repair itself was ultimately identified as a clutch issue, but the overall experience was far below what I would expect when purchasing a mower worth thousands of dollars and investing in warranty protection. Customers deserve timely communication, consistent information, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Weingartz for service work.

Mr.Dan has always been a spectator man. He is very knowledgeable as it pertains to the products that he's delivering or picking up. The overall experience with the store and impartiality Mr.Dave in sales. Honestly the experience on a whole is a 10!!!

View on GoogleHighly recommend getting your lawn & snow equipment from Weingartz. We have bought multiple Cub Cadet lawn tractors here over the years including our most recent 54 inch model. Brian is wonderful to work with!! We have also purchased various Stihl pieces here for almost 2 decades and it has always been a great experience. The delivery team is wonderful too if you get a chance to work with them. Everyone working here is nice, friendly and knowledgeable and they dont mind if you bring your kids in while you are shopping :)
