We have been looking for a reputable shop to take our vehicles to. Kerner's was referred to us by a family member who had recently had repairs done by them. After being informed that they were honest and fair- priced, and also looking at their reviews, we decided to check them out for ourselves. We brought in a list of repairs that we were told had to done immediately by another shop and at high dollar amounts. We were not comfortable with having the work done by the other shop, especially at the prices they quoted. We were not disappointed by getting a second opinion from Kerner's. Kyle was very congenial, honest, and informative. He had our vehicle thoroughly looked over and explained the findings very clearly. The pricing for the repairs was very competitive and we were comfortable moving forward with Kerner's doing the work. It's been quite some time since we have felt this comfortable with a shop and are so glad we found them. We will be taking our vehicles to them for all future maintenance and repairs. My truck wouldn’t start and I contacted Kerners near the end of the day to schedule the work. They went the extra mile and came to me to bring a battery to try to fix it. Unfortunately the issue was the starter, but they coordinated getting it towed to their shop that evening and had it fixed first thing in the morning for a reasonable price. Excellent customer service and I’d recommend them without hesitation.

I recently took my Subaru Outback to Kerner's Auto Service for a full front and back brake pad and rotor replacement, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the start, Tyler was incredibly helpful and communicative. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, so there were never any surprises. The work was completed exactly on time and for the price originally quoted, which is a level of reliability that is hard to find these days. The value here is unbeatable. Kerner's easily beat the local dealership’s pricing, but the real clincher is the warranty. They offer a lifetime warranty on the brake pads and three years on the rotors, providing much better peace of mind than the dealership's standard coverage. As a veteran, I also sincerely appreciated the Veteran Discount they offered. It is great to support a business that shows that kind of respect and appreciation for the military community. The desk staff and service team were great. Very professional, very thorough. They diagnosed the problem, sent a detailed report with photos, then had someone contact me to explain the report & answer questions that I had. I’ve been to Kerners Auto Service three times now. The team is responsive and communicates issues effectively. However, the actual repair service has been inconsistent. I’ve had them service my Toyota 4Runner 4WD, and they did a great job replacing the alternator, battery, and front brakes. But every time they encounter trouble with the Toyota software, the VSC TRAC and VSC OFF warning lights come on immediately after I leave the store. I’ve had to return multiple times, and they’ve worked on it each time. Their loaner service is good, but it’s subject to availability. Regarding pricing, they’re slightly higher than the market average.
