This place is very friendly & Mason did a great job! I brought my car in the first time for an alignment he started doing it and told me my struts were bent and couldn't do it , he ended up ordering the parts for me and they got me in within the next Friday . I dropped my car off and he did fixed the oil leak that I had happening for a few months & than I brought my car back the week after because I needed to change my tires anyway so I put the alignment off until I did . He changed my struts & did the alignment. From the first visit to the last he made everything easy. My car runs waaaay better now than it did when I brought it in. Thank you Mason & the front desk !

Dropped car off at noon for a scheduled appointment for service on brakes. Unfortunately they never got car in to even look at let alone service.. picked up car from same spot 5 hrs later. Very disappointed because guy at counter said they weren't busy. UPDATE... the owner contacted me personally about review, referred me to an associated auto repair shop ( Kozak auto) who is working to make the situation better. Mark got me in for a diagnosis quickly, provided me with a loaner car which they don't normally do. He recommended certain repairs and completed the repairs as quickly as he could. He worked on the price as best he could to make my service affordable. I will return for future work and recommend his shop to anyone

Very shocked when I got a quote from wear master for my brakes for $2000 lol pep boys was $1350!!! And another shop $1385. I have had major work done numerous times between two cars at wear master. I imagine how much money I have had to pay extra!!! I wish I enquired from others before all those things. Last one I did was my passanger window wasn't coming up making a grinding noise so was told it needs a motor. Wear master charged me $449 . Is that realistic??
