Great audio store. I purchased a used (new to me) Jeep and Kyle set me up with a new stereo....He showed me all my options ..took time to explain the differences from them and made me comfortable to make the purchase. The installation was quick and came out perfect. I waited a few months and decided I needed new speakers. I went back and Kyle showed me all the options and we decided on all new speakers, amp, and subwoofer! It was all installed within a few days. He told me it would make a difference....Wow...it blew me away...I LOVE my new jeep even more. It sounds INCREDIBLE!!!

Staff and Owner Kyle was friendly and hospitable. Waiting area was decent and place provided snacks and drinks while waiting. Installation of the Dashcam was were I was not satisfied. I did not buy the Dashcam from Traffic Jams and brought in my own that was provided to me by Redtiger. Wiring management was great, but they did not bother to check on the Dashcam's manual to check its features and proper installation. The dashcam has a hardwire kit that checks voltage so its easy to tap on the right fuse(one on ACC and one for constant power) and also has a low voltage protection switch that cutoffs power should the voltage go under specified volts(12.4v, 12v, 11.6). Traffic Jam seemed to just picked random fuses that had ACC power on it and called it a day, not minding that the Parking Mode feature did not work. They did not even bother to pick the fuse slots that was not in use or acted as spares which should be the ideal way to tap on the fuses. Would have been nice if staff asked more information about this particular Dashcam, as they(installer) did acknowledge not having installed this particular model before, instead of treating it as their usual dashcam (one's that they carry) that carry and install. The hardwire kit came with 8 Fuse adapters, they used and installed 2, and i only got 2 back from them. what happened to the other 4 fuse adapters?
