I've been going to the Shelby location for almost a year now. Mike has helped me get my car fixed & saved me money by not over selling me things I didn't need to do on my car. Everyone there has been so friendly & answering my questions. I recommend going there & not wasting your time & money anywhere else! Car Aid is a place you can trust to fix all your car needs & at a reasonable price too. I call that a Win-Win.

I wanted to thank George at that location for being very polite, professional and accommodating(he let me in early as it was raining). View on GoogleWarning to others: Due to an accident, my family had to use this impound lot, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The fees were extremely high including $345 for the first day including Impound and towing, $30 per day for storage, $150 to tow the vehicle less than one mile, or $240 to tow it under 10 miles to our repair shop. Obviously, we chose a lesser of two evils. The process felt restrictive, and communication was not helpful. I understand they are a business trying to make money but The experience felt predatory. If this is the company Sterling Heights Police uses, there is little choice in the matter. This review reflects our experience.
