I am removing my old review to post this updated one because these guys need to give themselves a lot of credit here for the incredible work they do. I have been going to this shop for almost two years now, and I can confidently say they are the absolute gold standard for automotive service. I brought them a nearly 30-year-old vehicle, and the team here immediately identified major, obvious structural and mechanical issues that a previous shop completely missed. I had been totally ripped off by that previous shop—paying thousands for lazy work and fake inspections where they claimed nothing was wrong—but the crew here actually took the time to do things right and caught everything. What truly sets this shop apart is that they aren't just parts-changers; they are true craftsmen who take massive pride in their work. To take this on, with the massive amount of work involved here, you have to understand that first and be sort of a car enthusiast since it takes a level of time, precision, and dedication that a lot of people just don't have the patience for. They regularly go completely out of their way to make sure a job is done to absolute perfection, even taking on the tedious, frustrating task of fixing the shoddy, broken work left behind by incompetent mechanics. For this entire project, they kept me informed with detailed updates every two weeks until it was completely done. Because of that consistent communication, I never once felt like my vehicle was in bad hands. Their level of care and transparency is unmatched. They provide clear documentation, including photos and videos, organized in a detailed portfolio for your specific vehicle. They walk through absolutely everything over the phone with deep mechanical explanations without ever being pushy, prioritizing honesty over a quick buck. The owner and the entire crew treat you with incredible respect and run their business with old-school integrity. They have put an immense amount of pride, time, and elite craftsmanship into my vehicle, treating it like a prized project rather than just another car on a lift. From the front desk to the guys in the shop, everyone here is incredibly friendly, honest, and highly skilled. For any and all work moving forward, this will be the only shop to ever touch my vehicle. If you care about quality work and true professional craftsmanship, this is the only garage you should ever trust. I'm not kidding.

I walked into the shop and it was pristine clean with a wonderful little area for little people to keep them occupied while mom or dad talk to the receptionist. I was impressed right from the get-go. Actually, I was very impressed while talking to them over the phone about bringing my car in for repairs. They were pleasant and easy to work with, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions without leaving more questions or worries. They kept in touch with how things were going, and I was never let down by the exceptional work that they did on my car. Everything is working nicely. I am so very pleased. I took several of their business cards and one of my friends is looking forward to calling them up to have a look at their vehicles. Thank you so much for a wonderful group of HONEST people who did not overcharge for diagnostics which was put back into the cost of repairs. Great job All Around Auto.
