On March 18, 2026, I left my car at this shop for repairs. They charged me $150 for a diagnostic and quoted $2,400 to fix an oil leak and a fuel gauge issue. I paid a $1,200 deposit upfront. After two weeks, I followed up, but they claimed they needed more time. After four weeks in total, the owner called me to pick up the car and demanded the remaining $1,200. However, the fuel gauge was still not fixed. They told me to go to another shop to fix the electronics but insisted I pay the full balance before I could take my car. Upon taking my car, I discovered that the AC, heated seats, and audio system were all broken. When I immediately returned to the shop, they refused to see me, claiming they were already closed. During those four weeks, they completely failed to protect my vehicle. Because they dismantled the car and failed to reassemble it properly, rainwater leaked inside, causing severe flooding. My insurance company inspected the vehicle and confirmed that the water damage—which ruined the electronics and wiring—was caused by the shop’s failure to put the car back together. It feels like they were using my car for an experiment. They tore it apart and didn't know how to fix it. They replaced unnecessary parts and left the trim near the windshield dented and uneven. My car was in perfect condition (except for the leak) before I brought it here; now, it is undriveable and must stay in my garage. I am appalled by their lack of responsibility and the fact that they no longer answer my calls. I suspect their high ratings are completely fake.

View on GoogleThis review is long overdue...but I have to share my feelings about this place. The fella's that work here are HONEST. That means everything, especially to a woman like myself. They are fair and will tell you exactly what is going on in laymans terms. They never used mechanical jargon that left me wondering what they are talking about...as most slick salesmen do. They are not that. I would recommend everyone to come here for all mechanical needs- from getting a lightbulb change to (in my situation) repairing what another mechanic failed to do. God bless these good people!!

I had spent almost two hours trying to get rusted screws off to change out my license plate by myself the night before, and it was done within 2 minutes when I took it in this morning. I was able to make it to work in time, and he didn't even charge me. I really appreciate the kind and quick service!
