I am truly blown away with the service and generosity we received here at Sterling Tire & Auto. I recently took my daughter's car to this shop with a brake pedal that needed to be floored to stop it. I was given a quote that I approved. They diagnosed the issue of a master cylinder and changed it out. After replacing the master cylinder there was still air entering the system. After further diagnosis, it was discovered the entire ABS system needed to be replaced. The cost would have been an additional $700, but these amazing gentlemen did not charge me and honored their original quote! They were open and honest in their communications with me the entire week they had it there. They kept saying how important it was to make sure my daughter was safe and the car was functioning properly. This was my first time at this shop, but it will not be my last! They have truly earned a customer for life! You will not find a better mechanic to take your car to. I HIGHLY recommend Sterling Tire & Auto! I can't tell you how grateful we are for the service we received from this amazing auto shop! If I could give 20 stars, I would! Thank you so much!

Great place Jason and Dave are extremely nice and explained everything very well. I felt the pricing was fair and the work was done in 1 day as promised. I know I have found a auto repair shop for sure. No question if you need work done on your vehicle go here they do a great job.

My car is an older model & a lot of things are messed up, and Jason let me know everything I needed to repair, but also said since everything is so expensive, it might just be better to start looking for vehicles. I appreciate an honest shop, definitely would go with again if I need new work!!
