I had a great experience at Sterling Auto Repair on Metro Pkwy. I called at 9 a.m. to get an estimate for my brakes and was told to come in right away, which was very convenient. After a thorough brake inspection, they honestly let me know I only needed front brakes and that the rear brakes were still fine. I was given a fair quote and was back on the road shortly after. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and quick service. Highly recommend.

They got the job done but I feel like I was overcharged to put in a fuel pump my mechanic said he would do it for me for $250 if my mechanic wasn't fully booked I wouldn't have came here they charged me $350 to put in the fuel pump not to mention I had about $30 worth of gas in my tank when I came to pick up my car my gas gauge was on E I believe they stole the gas that was in the car. nice people but I don't think they are very informative about what they are doing. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I came in from Canada with family - and the check engine flashing light came on a few miles out. I called and spoke to Mark - who got me in just before they closed - and promised to do everything he could to get me taken care of by end of day. I got my car there - and on top of all the on going work - he has the car diagnosed, sent someone to get the parts, and rather than just spot fix the problem - Mark made sure that the bigger issue solved so that I could have confidence that it was taken care of…staying after hours with some of the team to make sure. Polite service and treatment by all the staff there. Outstanding experience.

Dave is one of the friendliest mechanics I've ever met. Not pushy, fair pricing, and can get you in and out the door quickly. It's hard to find a place that genuinely looks out for their customers and isn't trying to rob you in plain sight, but this place is the best. I will continue to come back to get my car fixed from here. You can't beat the service. Would recommend to anyone looking to get work done.
