I had an emergency leak in my tire right before closing time, and Kam went above and beyond to help me out. Even though they didn’t have the exact tire I needed in stock, he took the time to plug my tire free of charge so I could safely get home. That level of kindness and customer service is rare these days. Kam was professional, honest, and genuinely caring. The shop had a welcoming atmosphere, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing tire service or repairs. They truly care about helping people, not just making a sale.

I had a great experience here today where they were able to patch one of my tires for minimal cost and super quick service during my lunch break. Belle tire had tried to get me to replace the whole tire for $280.. Sky Tire told me that was not necessary and did not try to upsell me which I really appreciate! They have good prices and work fast but beware. They put a set of brand new tires on my vehicle and 3 months later those tires are shredded and need to be replaced due to the alignment done by this shop. Brand new tires going bald after 3 months will never be normal or okay. When trying to get ahold of the shop, not only were they difficult to get on the line but did not offer the help and support I was looking to receive from someone who has given them business several times in the last year. Find a loyal mechanic who puts clients first
