Service was great. Pat did a great job with getting me setup for my truck repairs and it was timely. They sent messages with updates for services and convenient electronic invoices for accepted/ refused service selection. They could do better with separating warranty covered charges from non covered charges and full price disclosure including taxes and miscellaneous shop expenses.
View on GoogleMy name is Dennis Doan and I have never had anything less than stellar treatment at Serra Whelan. Whether it was from Darrin Uhlig in sales or ALEK in service always a pleasure. Oh they have MJ AND MICHAEL BLANZY TOO all are phenomenal. And more than helpful. I never fear bringing my truck for service or warranty all though I only brought truck once for a warranty issue. The service manager is fantastic as well. My only hope is that everyone has the same experience as I do.
View on GooglePatrick Walmsley is the dude of dudes. Champion of Bro's. The peoples champ. Service Advisor, bar none. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have met my wife. My kids have more pictures of him than me. He dapped me up once and it was so crispy I got a cease and desist from a Mcdonalds sprite. I went to coolguy town and everyone knew who he was (the statue wasn't up yet but I heard it is now). Locked in and on top of everything, a true consumate professional, kept me in the know and at the ready. I'm jealous that I don't have people like him working for me, my life would be so much easier. Nothing I want to complain about was his fault and in fact, he was the most helpful person I dealt with for the 58 days I didn't have my car. Promote him, give him a raise and make sure you never let him go.

They were honest and kept me informed and updated me if any changes were made. My insurance ended up totaling my vehicle and when I went to get my stuff I had in my car, they helped with everything. Thank you Tony and Angela.
