Today I experienced your car wash service, and I've never encountered anything like this before, even though I've been a long-time customer. Today I had to pay $16, the highest price on your price list, but the service I received was not the one corresponding to that price. It seems I encountered a new employee, an immigrant, who, after receiving payment from me for the car wash service, used a lower-priced service instead of the one I paid for. I then spoke directly to another employee, the one responsible for drying the car after washing. I want the owner to be aware of this employee's behavior and whether they are responsible or dishonest in their work. I'm just mentioning this, and I will continue to use your service, but if I see that employee again, I will leave.

I have been here for couple years, alway have like there quick services, but now I started to doubt, if they even do the work they supposed to do. I had my vehicle in for oil service they took out my splash shield cover and don't put the pins and screws back on. The first two times I let it go, but this is the third time, I came back right away to get the screw back but they kept denying that there were no missing screws. I'm really disappointed.

View on GoogleI was ride my motorcycle in that area and stop by speedway get some gas. Unfortunately my motorcycle battery died when I’m ready to takeoff. I was stuck the gas station.The Ryan Road Auto located right behind the gas station. The owner John and his friend bring the tools and come for help jumpstart my bike. They save my day and didn’t even ask anything payback this is first time we meet each other! I was desperate and those great people helping me are really warm my heart! I’m pretty handy guy and always do the car work by myself(save money😂) but I will come to this place to changing my oil or something else next time! The good and honest people will run the business right!
