Im a lil up in arms here, I stopped in at 3pm for an oil change and AC recharge in which they already quoted the price. They said it would be ready by close (5pm). We come back from lunch and see them pulling the car out and ask hows the AC working? “Well, you’ll have to talk to the front desk” they send us in the shop and we find all the guys standing around claiming they kept calling my wife asking if we want the AC recharged? Obviously yes but they never did it and claimed that we’ll now have to come back tomorrow. They still wanted to confirm the price but we were already quoted the price cause they told us up front. Needless to say they just did the oil and proceeded to stand around for 1 and a half hours. Not to mention they got oily foot prints on my carpet which I had to shampoo, a scratch near the lip of the hood that I know wasn’t there and marks all over side where I guess they were just leaning on the car standing around trying to call my wife. Now in their defense my wife either never picked up or possibly gave the wrong number but in any case I already was quoted the work and gave the green light so I thought. I told my wife Im not going back for the AC and will either just recharge it myself for $20 bucks or have my neighbor who is a mechanic help me with it.

I consistently get my oil changes done here and I just got my brakes done. They are honest, knowledgeable, kind, and an all around pleasure to do business with. I recommend them 10/10.
View on GoogleI have had excellent experiences with this car shop. The guys were nice and explained to me exactly what was wrong with the car showing the details. Also the guys fixed up my right front signal light in a few minutes and told me there was no charge! The prices are very reasonable. The location is great since I can go to a nearby Dunkin’ Donuts or shop around Big Lots while I am waiting. I would highly recommend this place.
