First of all I love the Lincoln product. I've not had any problems with this car at all. This time for a regular maintenance, they found something minor that needed to be repaired. Dan was And pretty much always has been my service tech. He was fabulous! He made sure everything was taken care of and arranged for my pickup and drop off. Thank you Dan!

9/26/22 I am writing this review because I see other 1 star reviews have been answered and I feel this review maybe the easiest way to get managements attention. I bought my Lincoln at Crest. I arrived at Crest at about 8:40 am I was checked in and in the lounge by 8:50 at 10:30 am I was informed the was a back up. I got my Corsair and left at 11:00 am over 2 hours for a documented 0.30 hrs oil change. The oil change was on the house for the inconvenience! I am disappointed with my Lincoln experience.
