My favorite Gas station around! I will go out of my way to get gas here. Usually a little cheaper than surrounding stations. I love the exotic mix of snacks and drinks you can find here. Also walk in Cigar Humidor! This is the only place that I can find my favorite spicy Better Made brand pork fat rings, please keep in stock lol! Good little car wash and oil change place i use on occasion, been coming here for years! I don't smoke, but tons of accessories and smoking products can be had here.

I have been coming to Zazz for several years for oil changes. Went in last week because my car reminder said I was due but it seemed too early. Brandon investigated and found that I had a small leak. He topped off the oil, wrote down where he had seen the leak so I can take it to the mechanic and checked all fluid levels (reminding me to check coolant when I got home when the car cooled down). I had excellent service and will continue to come back.

Friendly fast they always have the extras I need. I have never had my oil changed here I go to a mechanic for that. Used the car wash and it did a good job for an automated system. I am happy to have this store in my neighborhood.

I've always had great service here! The staff are some of the friendliest people around. Clean, great prices, and they have my favorite energy drinks that most places don't carry (Odyssey 222 & GymWeed. I'll continue to drive past the gas stations closer to me, and shop here.

I wish I could give zero stars. On the day after Thanksgiving, Roger, who claims to be the manager of this franchise (with no owner according to him), attempted to change the oil in my daughter's car. He reported that the previous mechanic stripped the bolt and only replaced the filter. When I returned home, less than three miles away, oil was draining from my car onto my driveway, leaving a stain that is still there. Since then, the car has been serviced by my daughter's regular mechanic in Southfield. He was appalled that Zazz would let me leave the premises with the car leaking oil. Now, my daughter has been smelling smoke and had to return the car because apparently, the plate is cracked. While it's drivable, it needs another repair which will cost $850. When I called to speak to the owner, Roger refused to give me his name and claimed there was no way to tell who worked that day without the receipt. He admitted that it happens “all the time” that they, a facility that does oil changes, cannot in fact do the job. When pressed for the owner's name and telling him that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau, he told me that we were not getting anywhere and hung up on me. A moment later, he called me back and admitted that he had the receipt and that he in fact was the person who worked on my car. He also claimed that because he did not do the oil change, there’s no way that he could’ve done anything to damage the car. He still claims that there is no owner because this is a franchise and was rude beyond belief. This review is only my first step in addressing this issue. I will ensure that my experience is known to protect other customers from such unprofessional and dangerous service.
